VILLA TRAITH – SUTIVAN BAY, BRAC ISLAND
Villa Traith is a Super Family Beach Villa which is really popular with our regular families – it’s arranged as 4 apartments and sleeps up to 14 people, so perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to holiday together but needing a bit of personal space.
Description
The outside space is large and perfect for families with a cascade of pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and outside dining area (please note the living area is outside – no internal living rooms just kitchen /diners), children’s sand box and play house . The beach is just 35m away so definitely one of the most well placed it really is a super family beach villa and one you would want to return to again and again.
There is parking for 2 cars and free wifi, and the apartments are all air conditioned.
Sutivan village is only 150m away with restaurants – shops etc so you could mange without a car quite easily and Sutivan beach is just 35m from the villa.
Sutivan Bay – Apart from the beautiful beaches around the bay the famous Festival of extreme sports “Vanka regule“ takes place every year in May in Sutivan with competitions in football and bowling. A local attraction is the nature park, a beautiful location for young and old -you can visit a zoo, there are all kinds of sports for recreation (bowling, basketball, small football, beach- volleyball, swing, sand for the children etc.) or just relax by the fountain with a glass of local wine while watching the world go by. The town has a few local shops, and about a dozen café/restaurants – nearby Supetar where the ferry comes in has some good restaurants also and even a cinema – regular buses there if you don’t want to drive.

The second apartment consists of a double room and two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a small balcony with seating. The kitchen in one apartment has a dishwasher, while both kitchens are equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker. Outside the house, stone stairs lead to the first floor ..
FIRST FLOOR
Two separate apartments are located on the second floor.
One apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator, dining area and bathrooms. This apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea.
The other apartment has one double room equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
