Villa Tristan is situated in a peaceful residential location between the stunning Unesco Heritage Site of Trogir and bustling Split, and is just 350m from the beach – this is perfect for a beach holiday.
Description
Villa Tristan a Contemporary Split Villa is just 350m from the sea and was just finished in 2019. Designed in a modern and simple style, it is set over two levels connected by internal stairs and a central gallery.
Just behind is an identical villa – Villa Isolde – they can be rented together to accommodate large groups (up to 20 people). The villas share a driveway from the road; the driveway passes alongside Villa Tristan to access Villa Isolde.
There are en-suite 5 bedrooms in each, together with a beautifully designed open plan living area and a gorgeous pool and sun-bathing terrace.
Four of the bedrooms are equipped with LCD TVs and air conditioning, and there is free Wifi. The Villa benefits from a washing machine, dish washer, microwave and BBQ in addition to the usual amenities you would expect from a well-provided, modern property.
There is a sheltered harbour with a little marina just 300m away, Nautical centre Marina Kastela just 1km away, and easy access to several hiking/mountain bike trails. Every year there is a summer festival with concerts, folklore exhibitions and in July in this particular village, atmospheric a cappella singing each night in the castle.
There are good connections to both Split & Trogir by bus, and there is also a railway station.
