This delightful Korcula villa with Pool is one of our favourites; designed as a bungalow, it’s just metres from the azure sea, and within easy reach of Korcula Town.
Description
Villa Vanilla is a Korcula Villa with pool, just 4km from Korcula town with its markets and restaurants. It has three double bedrooms, all en-suite, with LCD TV’s, Wifi and adjustable air con. All rooms have access to terraces and gardens and there is a separate WC.
The Living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area again leading out to the gardens and the pool. There is a spacious covered terrace & BBQ area for dining all fresco from which there is a partial sea view. Solar panels provide hot water.
Outside there is a covered car port large enough for 2 cars additional parking can be provided. The property is fenced. There is also free mooring for guests who arrive by boat (Max 6m).

Beautiful house, comfortable spaces, super equipped, smart TVs in all rooms, king size beds, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, second fridge, barbecue, safe, alarms in all spaces, air conditioning differentiated in all rooms.
Heated outdoor pool. Large porch for breakfast and relaxing dinners. Everything very neat is super clean. The owners are very friendly, helpful and not at all intrusive while staying nearby. Portico for two big cars.
The house is in a great location, close to numerous beaches and a very few km from the characteristic town of Korsula and close to two large supermarkets.
Also if you just do not feel like moving the car, under the house, two mins walk, there is a beautiful beach of small pebbles, azure sea, including small bar. Tiziana July 2019
