This Croatia modern luxury villa is one of a pair of newly-built villas which are situated in a quiet little bay near Zrnovo, just outside Korcula town.
Description
Villa Venus is a rare, smaller Croatia modern luxury villa, and its location close to historic Korcula town makes it a winner.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms – 2 doubles and a twin – plus 2 bathrooms and separate WC, well equipped kitchen, a Jacuzzi on the lower floor terrace and a roof terrace with heated salt water pool (heated 15th April – 15th October).
The little pebble beach is just across the road from the villa, so a great location if you have children. There is free Wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa, and garaged parking below. The villa also benefits from a BBQ and outside dining area – the perfect place for some alfresco dining and a glass of local wine (Korcula Town has some seriously good award winning wines).
Korcula town is just a short drive away (4km) with its lovely cobbled streets full of shops and restaurants. If you’re feeling fit, you can walk along the sea front into town which takes around 40 minutes, however please note there are no pavements. The bay itself is sheltered, also popular for windsurfing as it’s directly opposite Viganj on the Peninsula which is where most competitions take place. It is possible to rent boats etc from the town and there are a couple of restaurants and a small grocery shop also nearby.
The villa manager is on hand if you need anything at all, and can organise everything from boat trips to wine tasting. In all, a sought after Croatia modern luxury villa. The villa can be rented on its own or with its twin Villa Saturn.
