VILLA VITO – NR HVAR TOWN, HVAR ISLAND
Hiding away in a little cove just 6km from Hvar town, glorious Villa Vito has some amazing sea views as it looks directly out to sea, yet tucked into its own little niche and surrounded by nature, it’s just a little piece of heaven.
Description
With its amazing sea views and sunsets, it’s hard to visualise that bustling Hvar Town is just 6km away from the bay, it might as well be a million miles away – tucked into the cliff side above a pretty little bay and surrounded by 2000m of olive groves, this little piece of tranquillity is the perfect bolthole, you can almost imagine yourself as the Hvar version of the Durrells !
On the ground floor, there is a brick kitchen with a fireplace, a sofa that can extend to a full size bed (160 x 200m), LCD TV with satellite programmes and a stereo/hifi. There is also a downstairs WC.
The 1st floor has a double bed, 2 chairs and a table and is en-suite; the attic has another double bed, a bathroom and again, 2 chairs and a table.
All rooms face south to make the most of some amazing sea views.
Around the villa is 2,000m of olive groves, and here you will find the little garden house (the olive pavilion) with its own tiny kitchen and a double bedroom, bathroom, sofa and fridge, and numerous places to sit and relax in the shade.
Note: The villa is solar powered, and energy self-sufficient, so there is no air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine or hairdryer, however off-grid means peace and quiet!
