Description
Set in a residential area and flanked by Cyprus trees, this child friendly Croatia family villa is a well-appointed contemporary villa designed for comfort and sociable living. The villa has plenty to do once you tire of sunbathing by the pool, with a gym, pool table, darts, table tennis, sauna, summer BBQ, home cinema/games console room and for the children there is a play area and pool inflatables.
The 4 bedrooms give flexibility in sleeping arrangements as two of them have single beds. All the bedrooms, living area and cinema room have Smart TVs.
The villa is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with all the features you’d expect from a modern villa. It is fully air-conditioned, with 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, and one having a bath with the rest having walk-in showers.
There is an indoor dining area and a veranda with a dining table for alfresco meals, or maybe dine around the pool, near the BBQ.
When you want to go to the beach, this is just 700m away, and the nearest restaurant is 50m with more 700m. Food shopping is just 1km and your must-do sightseeing trip to Dubrovnik is approximately 12-15km.

“Firstly the villa had excellent facilities and was absolutely delightful having everything we needed even down to the little essentials such as washing up liquid, washing machine soap pods, cling film and food storage containers, clothes pegs and cleaning products.
The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our stay and everywhere was very comfortable.
Our hosts were absolutely lovely!! They made us feel so welcome and helped me with my restaurant booking malfunction! They were so kind and even drove us to the mini market to stock up on food. I really feel they would have helped us with any problem we had, villa related or not. They even bought my partner a birthday bottle of wine 💜.
The local area was very calm and pretty and the people were friendly.
All staff at Croatia gems were attentive on line, friendly and helpful and communication was prompt and informative.
