Superbly located Croatia island villa. in the very centre of Jelsa, about a 20-minute drive from Hvar town, this property is a beautiful luxury Jelsa villa which is a traditional turn of the century Dalmatian house which has recently been renovated to a lovely standard.
Villa Overview
Spreading over 600m², the ground floor offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with living room and dining area that exits to the spacious terrace and Mediterranean garden and private swimming pool (15m x 2.40m).There is a large table for 12+ in the dining room and the living room has areas for watching the TV and another lounging area with sofas (extra beds). The terrace is also equipped with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining plus additional garden furniture, sun beds etc. Also on the ground floor, there is a relaxing indoor pool (24m²) and a sauna. During the summer months it is refreshing to swim in the inside pool, whilst during winter it is nice and warm as the pool can be heated. This floor also has a great surround sound system.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. As you would expect, each room has air conditioning and satellite TV.

Location Overview
A very pretty little fishing town, Jelsa is a lovely spot for a holidays to experience quintessential Croatia. Jelsa has a large, picturesque bay with a quaint, traditional old town with town square, complete with a harbour of colourful boats bobbing in the water. You will find a good selection of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlours to while away the lunch and evening time hours, and an enjoyable after dinner pursuit is to take a walk around the harbour and bay to enjoy the many craft stalls with their colourful wares.Do explore Jelsa's beautiful coastline to find sandy beaches and bays – Mina Bay has a lovely beach with calm and shallow turquoise water.
Close by you will find Vrboska (just under 10 minute drive) and Starigrad (15 minute drive) which will give you a change of scene, each with their own beaches too, and if you want to explore further afield, Hvar Town is about half an hour’s drive and a must-see day trip while on the island.
