Villa Overview

With only six properties within the park, this is real oasis of a villa away from the hustle & bustle – no one can enter this area without an invitation!

Whilst luxury sea edge Hvar Villa Sea Rose is a real find, if you feel like venturing into town for a night out, the easiest way is by boat (0.5 miles). Of course private taxi transfers can be arranged by road or by sea – a direct airport transfer can be arranged.

This Croatia villa cascades over several levels down to the beach /sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, with 2 mooring spots.( max 25m boat size ) from here there are steps down for swimming. Down to the right is a little shallow beach perfect for children.

Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment No.1 (room 6m x 3m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for accommodation for guests, staff or as a beach base.

Above it is a stone terrace perfect for that morning coffee or aperitif before setting off for dinner in town – furnished with comfortable sofas & chairs & a wine refrigerator .

Up another level is a stone table with 12 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, bidet and a washing machine.

The third level comprises two apartments with double bed, wardrobes, and commodes. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, sink, and a shower. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer and large fridge. In front of the full length of the house is a covered terrace with outdoor bed for relaxation.

The fourth floor consists of a large terrace (18 m x 6 m, of which 3 meters is covered) with external seating. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a traditional indoor grill perfect for that family BBQ.

Inside there is a living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

Attic – low loft double bed apartment with bathroom – used for auxiliary staff.
