Villa Overview

Villa Star is a 3 bedroom Hvar villa that lives up to its name in character and facilities.

The villa covers 90m2 of living space, distributed over two floors. The ground floor has a gym with a sauna and a bathroom. In front of the gym there is a nice terrace, where you can play basketball or darts! Everything you need is at hand a short drive away.

In the garden organic vegetables are just waiting to be picked, washed and sliced for your salads to serve with your BBQ.

On the right side of the house there are two parking spaces and a large, multi-purpose stone fireplace built precisely for gourmands – it consists of two parts, one is a fireplace and the other is a bread oven. There is also a shaded terrace with a large dining table for up to 12 people.

From the lowest terrace, a few steps take you to the first floor and another spacious terrace with access to the open plan, well equipped kitchen/dining room/living room area, also access to the pool terrace. On this level you will also find the first double bedroom (double bed) plus a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, you have the second double bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the third bathroom with a massage bath and a third double bedroom (double bed). From both bedrooms on this floor access can be gained to a large, shared balcony offering breath-taking sea views.

The terraced area around the private pool (pool is 34m2) is equipped with a rattan sofa for six and deck chairs. Behind the pool there is an awning that can be drawn out if you get bored of the sun and wish to lounge in the shade.
