Villa Overview

Complete with the best quality new beds, stone bathrooms with Phillip Starke white ware, large French doors, stone floors, antique fireplace, Juliette balconies, and new fully equipped kitchens, makes the villa a most desirable luxury villa.

The large Croatia villa has 6 double bedrooms, with 3 of these having an additional single bed should you require more flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The villa also has a baby’s cot in one of the bedrooms.

Villa Oceanfront is arranged over three levels, connected by internal stairs. The large Brac villa is entered through the middle level where there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an ‘entertainment room’ with satellite TV and DVD’s, and many games including table tennis. You’ll find three terraces on this level.

The top floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus there is also a full kitchenette and sitting area with plasma TV/DVD/satellite as well as two terraces. CD players and iPod docks are available throughout the villa.

On the ground floor of this villa in Croatia, you will find one large bedroom suite with king sized bed, bathroom and sitting area, together with a comfortable day bed and French doors leading to the terraces.

The main kitchen and dining room are on this level as well as a sitting room with its lovely antique stone fireplace. The generous bi-fold doors around the whole ground floor can be pushed back, bringing the outside in.

As you would expect of a super luxury Brac villa, it is fully serviced with a housekeeper and villa manager on hand for any assistance and arrangements you need them to make for you. The villa managers are there to make your holiday, so they can arrange for all the cooking to be done for you, organise trips, book tables, arrange for the resident boat to be available for day trips complete with skipper (charged on a daily rate).
