We are available on the phone or via email during the following office hours on weekdays and on Saturday, and closed on Sundays;
Monday – Friday – 9am – 4.30pm
Saturday – 10am – 2pm
Sunday – (closed)
Xmas – closed Xmas Eve, Xmas Day & Boxing Day
New Year – closed New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
Easter – closed Easter Sunday
Out of Hours
We are always on hand to our guests! If you need to contact someone during your holiday, please refer to your Arrival Information Sheet for the contact details of your local contacts on the ground in Croatia and our out of hours mobile numbers, should you need us. These phones are always manned but sometimes we may be on another call so do leave a message and we’ll call you right back.

How to Book
Bookings are made with ‘Idyllic Croatia Villas Limited’. Once you have decided on the property you would like to book, call us to confirm availability and the price. We can reserve properties for 48 hours at no cost so please request this if you wish us to hold one for you.
Subject to availability and on your request, a provisional reservation will be made. We will then send you the booking form, the conditions and an invoice.
In order to secure the booking, the following must be sent to us within 1 day of the start date of your provisional reservation:
1. Booking Form completed in full and signed by a member of your party who is over 18, accepting the booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your group members;
2. Payment of the deposit & €50 Booking Fee (by bank transfer or credit card – all payments are made as instructed to ‘Idyllic Croatia Villas Limited’);
Please note: The Security Deposit Form is also required before your Arrival date – this is a credit card mandate authorising the security deposit amount be charged by us in the event of damages signed by a member of your party who is over 18.
