There are fantastic array of villas in Croatia to choose from, in a variety of wonderful locations. From idyllic, island retreats with hidden coves and turquoise bays to old towns oozing with history, Croatia is waiting to be explored. If you’ve never been to Croatia before, Dubrovnik villas might be the best place to start. Undoubtedly, there are quintessential Croatian villages on the sea which are beautiful. For example, with easy access to the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of Dubrovnik Old town, the Dubrovnik coast is a great choice. With its own little islands just off the coast, it’s idyllic. Consequently, Villas near Croatia beaches are some of the most sought after and exclusive types of holiday accommodation. For Holiday villas Croatia, choose your hot spot on the Adriatic!
Villas with Private Pools
For villas in Dubrovnik, try sought after Mlini Bay for large villas and family villas. Due to its stunning views and beautiful Croatian beaches, it’s a popular choice. A villa in Croatia with pool in Mlini Bay is always a resounding success for a family holiday given Mlini’s easy proximity to everything. Alternatively, look at Cavtat Bay with its picturesque old town. Mlini villas and Cavtat villas are certainly in demand as both have water taxis into the Old Town of Dubrovnik. And they also have boat trips out to the Elafiti Islands. Of course, they also have plenty of cozy restaurants to choose from. Furthermore, the area of Konavle is also delightful. Just south of Cavtat Bay, some of the best traditional restaurants are here and there are some lovely activities like horse riding and folklore demonstrations.
Seaside Holiday Homes in Cozy Bays
Then, there are Croatia villas for rent in stunning Zaton near Dubrovnik, similar to the other prime bays of Mlini Bay and Cavtat Bay nearby. It is also close to Dubrovnik old town and full of charm. On the other side of Dubrovnik from Mlini Bay and Cavtat Bay, it is a little quieter. Although it has less going on generally, it is idyllic with pretty beaches and restaurants.
Villas Near Activities
If you love fantastic scenery, islands and watersports, the Peljesac Peninsula is also a must-see. There are some fantastic villas in Croatia to rent on the Peljesac Peninsula. And, of course, the new Peljesac bridge from the mainland is now boosting the area greatly. Sitting just opposite Korcula Town, the Orebic coast has some of the best wind surfing and kite surfing locations in Croatia. Because the conditions are suitable for beginners up to championship level, it’s ideal. You can have lessons for beginners and there’s equipment hire so there’s no shortage of activities for all the family. As a result, a beach villa makes for some memorable Croatian villa holidays.
