Villa Francesca is a beautiful large Split area villa, perfect for large family groups, multigenerational holidays or bigger groups of friends. With just 300m down to lovely Kastel Bay with its beaches and restaurants, and close to Split airport, it’s a great location for a Croatia villa holiday.
Description
Villa Francesca comprises two identical 5 bedroom villas, one behind the other, both with pools and a shared driveway. Both villas can be rented together to accommodate large groups (up to 20 people over 10 bedrooms). The villas share a driveway from the road; the driveway passes alongside the Front Villa (Villa Tristan) to access the Second Villa (Villa Isolde). With many sightseeing and excursion opportunities in the area, and lovely beaches and restaurants nearby, this villa complex makes for a great large Split area villa for a big group of family or friends!
These two contemporary Split villas are just 350m from the sea and were just finished in 2019. Designed in a modern and simple style, the large Split area villas are both set over two levels connected by internal stairs and a central gallery.
There are en-suite 5 bedrooms in each, together with a beautifully designed open plan living area and a gorgeous pool and sun-bathing terrace.
In each villa, four of the bedrooms are equipped with LCD TVs and air conditioning, and there is free Wifi. Each villa benefits from a washing machine, dish washer, microwave and BBQ in addition to the usual amenities you would expect from a well-provided, modern property.
Kastel is a pretty location with a sheltered harbour with a little marina just 300m away, Nautical centre Marina Kastela just 1km away, and easy access to several hiking/mountain bike trails. Every year there is a summer festival with concerts, folklore exhibitions and in July in this particular village, atmospheric a cappella singing each night in the castle.
There are good connections to both Split & Trogir by bus, and there is also a railway station.
