Villa in Split – brand new villa, purpose built for large groups, located between Split and Omis – just 200m walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants etc. Arranged over four floors plus basement, as large Croatian villas Split go, Villa Leona XXL hosts a wealth of amenities to keep everyone amused.
Description
Arranged over five levels, all bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs. The basement contains a fully equipped gym, sauna, billiard table, darts, table football plus the Laundry Room with washing machine and dryer. The ground floor has the open plan living room, well equipped kitchen, and dining room with table which extends to seat 20 guests.
The bedrooms are at the first, second and third levels.
Just 17km from central Split, the villa is in the little town of Jesenice. Jesenice is a small town located on the coast between Split and Omis. Lovely pebbly beaches with crystal clear sea. Known for its wooden sailing boats that were once used for dredging sand from the Cetina and Neretva rivers. Tourism continues the history of the boats, now used for excursions along the coast. When you tire of the pool and beach, head a few kilometres down the coast to Omis, once a pirate stronghold, now famed for its water sports and outdoor activities. As locations go this is well-placed for Croatian villas Split.
