Villa Mila is a Croatia luxury villa, in the exclusive Puntinak area of Sumartin Bay on Brac Island. With breath-taking views across to Mount Biokovo on the Croatian mainland, this high-spec, six bedroom, seven bathroom villa is simply stunning. This large Croatia villa is a superb choice for large family group holidays and sleeps up to 12 guests.
Description
A true Croatia luxury villa, Brac Island, sea edge Villa Mila immediately invokes a sense of zen with its contemporary and minimalistic style. The villa has been designed with the surrounding stunning scenery in mind – the large windows allow wonderful views out across the bay and beyond. And the villa interiors are an eclectic mix of local Brac stone and cultural pieces from around the word giving it a wonderful ambiance.
The villa has an attractive, large, turquoise pool overlooking the sea and small town of Sumartin opposite. And the extensive terrace boasts a big pool-side table which makes for an elegant and atmospheric location for dining at any time of the day or evening. In fact, each ground floor room opens up on to the terrace for truly seemless inside outside living.
As any Croatia luxury villa on Brac should, Villa Mila has an array of amenities including a gym, sauna, massage table, floating dock, kayaks, bicycles, billiards and ping-pong table. Throughout the villa there is a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers.
Each bedroom has been designed in its own style and each has its own private terrace, a king size bed (of which 4 are separable), an en-suite bathroom and high-speed internet. One bedroom/bathroom is suitable for disabled people having an enlarged showering area with a bench. The villa also comes complete with a lift.
The villa is fully staffed with cleaners and a manager/concierge who can help organize in-villa massages, yoga courses, manicures, the services of a private chef and even a power boat, which can be rented at an additional cost (see ‘Concierge Services’ below).
The location is fantastic and offers an authentic Croatian experience. In Sumartin Bay (1,2 km) and Selca Bay (2 km), which are the two closest villages, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
Sumartin Bay is a very pretty village and surrounds the little harbour so you can always see colourful boats bobbing around. Sumartin Bay has some beautiful bays, beaches and coves. There are some nice restaurants here too for a change, along with coffee shops and boats to rent. The sea side town of Bol, famous for its stunning Zlatni Rat Beach is close by – lovely to spend the day in its old town and explore its beaches…
For more activity, why not make the most of a superb boat trips to Hvar Island and Hvar Town and to some top spots around the islands, with lunch – definitely recommended. Or, Makarska on the mainland is easily accessible in around 45 minutes on the ferry and makes for a good day trip, or why not hire a car and explore the island itself?
